Welcome to Nice, France! Upon arrival, your driver will meet you at the Arrivals Hall in the Nice airport and transfer you to our seaside hotel. This evening, we’ll gather together for an informal Meet & Greet to get to know our Sisters and Group Leader. (No meals included today)

September 26, 2025

Today is yours to relax, enjoy, and explore this seaside paradise with your Sisters. This evening, we’ll join together for a Welcome Dinner in Vieux Nice featuring Mediterranean-inspired French cuisine to celebrate our French Riviera adventure. (Breakfast and Dinner included)

September 27, 2025

We’ll step into the shoes of the locals this morning and navigate the tram. Get familiar with the routes and use it to your advantage during some free time. Later, with a local expert, we’ll discover Nice by meandering through the city’s famed and colorful flower market. Then, we’ll delve into the Old Town, sampling local delicacies on a tasting tour. The rest of the day is yours to explore independently with your Sisters. Perhaps you’ll return to our hotel and stroll along the lively seafront, Promenade des Anglais. You might even wish to stay downtown and visit one of Nice’s world-class art galleries, such as the Chagall or the Matisse museums. (Breakfast and Lunch included)

September 28, 2025

This morning, we’ll travel along the spectacular Corniche coastal road to the Principality of Monaco. On a walking tour, view the changing of the guards and visit the Cathedral of Monaco, the permanent resting place of Prince Rainier III and Princess Grace. Then it’s your choice! You may choose to explore this tiny country on a panoramic Little Train tour that will take you across to Monte Carlo for views of its famous casino OR perhaps you’ll visit the Oceanographic Museum, perusing its aquarium and the collection of fossils and skeletons amassed by the great researcher, Jacques Cousteau. This evening is yours to dine independently with your Sisters. (Breakfast included)

September 29, 2025

Today, learn the secrets of perfume making during a hands-on workshop and tour of the Fragonard perfumery in Grasse, where fragrant formulations have been prepared since 1782. Spend time soaking up the atmosphere of this charming Provencal hill town before returning to Nice for an evening of leisure with your Sisters. (Breakfast included)

September 30, 2025

Today, we’ll journey to Cannes and sail across the Bay of Cannes to the tiny island of Saint-Honorat, belonging to the monks of Lerins Abbey. We’ll pause to taste the local produced wine before returning to Cannes to perhaps rub elbows with Europe’s elite. Walk in the footsteps of celebrities when you see the Film Festival Palace and the iconic red carpet featured during the Cannes Film Festival. During your free time with your Sisters, explore the cobbled lanes of the Le Suquet neighborhood or the lively Forville farmers’ market. Back in Nice this evening, savor a delicious tasting menu highlighting the delights of the South of France. (Breakfast and Dinner included)

October 1, 2025

This morning, we’ll head to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, referred to as the crown jewel of the French Riviera, where we’ll visit the impressive Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild. Uncover the lush gardens replete with jaw-dropping views of the mediterranean Sea. Our visit to the villa includes lunch served in the charming tearoom overlooking the Bay of Villefranche. Later, it’s onward to the Italian French village of Menton, and after working up an appetite, we’ll savor a peaceful dinner in the medieval village of Eze. (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included)

October 2, 2025

Today, we’ll venture to historic St. Paul de Vence, situated atop a hill overlooking the beautiful countryside of Provence. We’ll explore this walled medieval village, soaking in its distinctive light, said to have inspired Matisse, Braque, Chagall, and other artists. This evening, we join together for our Farewell Dinner to celebrate the end of an unforgettable adventure together. (Breakfast and Dinner included).

October 3, 2025

We’ll be transferred back to the Nice airport for our return flights home with many wonderful memories of our journey through the Cote d’Azur. (Breakfast included)

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY

  • There will be a maximum of 24 Sisters including your Sisterhood Travels Group Leader. Roommate matching is available.
  • International airfare is not included in your pricing. You will fly roundtrip Nice (NCE)
  • You can arrive at any time on September 25, 2025, and depart at any time on October 3, 2025
  • Check-in time at our arrival hotel is at 3:00 pm.
  • All international flight arrangements must be submitted to Sisterhood Travels on or before May 26, 2025. If you need help making flight arrangements, or to submit your independent flight arrangements, please click here for Airfare Information.
  • Arrival transfers are provided only on September 25th from the Nice airport to our hotel. Departure transfers are only provided on October 3rd from our hotel to the Nice airport. If you arrive or depart outside these days and times, or you’re needing transfers or hotels elsewhere, you are responsible for making your own arrangements at your own expense.
  • Your visits of Monaco, the Gardens of Villa Rothschild and St. Paul de Vence village involve negotiating some steep inclines over cobblestones, gravel or multiple flights of steps. Some of the most unique sightseeing can mean accessing locations that restrict motor coaches, especially in historic areas such as the Old Town of Nice, Monaco, Saint-Honorat Island and St. Paul de Vence.
  • The Saint-Honorat island cruise operates weather permitting and is dependent on sea conditions.
  • Please don’t schedule any optional excursions on your own for this trip, as we cannot promise that you will arrive in time at any location to make your independent excursion. Sisterhood Travels won’t be liable for any expense you incur because of this.
  • Individual gratuities for your Tour Director, local guides, and drivers are not included in your pricing. We will provide you with tipping guidelines for your trip
  • Travel Insurance is highly recommended and is not included in your pricing. We will send you a quote via email.
  • We cannot accommodate wheelchairs or assistive mobility devices on this trip.

This is a moderately paced itinerary that involves some longer days and more activities. Expect some early hotel departures, and limited time for day time rest and rejuvenation as the itineraries are designed to ensure that you see as much as possible in these wonderful destinations. This may include longer coach journeys and guests should be able to join a walking tour lasting 1-2 hours with stops possibly over uneven terrain. Guests should have reasonable health and mobility and be comfortable with standing for longer periods of time with no difficulty.
