After a hearty Irish breakfast, we’ll embark on a full-day exploration of the enchanting Connemara region. A mesmerizing circuit takes us through Oughterard and Maam Cross, revealing an ever-changing landscape of tranquil rivers, shimmering lakes, lush meadows, rugged hills, and striking mountains. As we near the coastline, golden sandy beaches and crystal- clear waters complete the picture of unspoiled natural beauty.
A highlight of the day is our visit to the legendary Kylemore Abbey and its Victorian Walled Garden. The Abbey’s story is one of romance, tragedy, and resilience, as it transitioned from a grand castle to a Benedictine monastery in the aftermath of World War I. The Benedictine nuns who reside here have dedicated themselves to preserving the site, which remains one of the most important religious and cultural landmarks in Ireland. Later in the afternoon, an elegant Afternoon Tea experience awaits at the opulent Ashford Castle. This timeless tradition, dating back to 1868, offers a refined selection of sandwiches, delicate pastries, and freshly baked scones, presented in the exquisite surroundings of the George V Dining Room.
Next, a private Hawk Walk at Ireland’s School of Falconry provides an extraordinary opportunity where YOU get to experience the pleasure and excitement of falconry, a fascination that has enthralled people for 4,000 years, as you fly Harris hawks under expert guidance. Falconry, once the sport of kings and noble families, remains a deeply ingrained part of Irish and European history. (Breakfast and Lunch/Afternoon Tea included)

The Cliffs of Moher and Garnish Island involve short walks on pathways that may be uneven.
Excursions & Outdoor Exploration: Inis Mór (Aran Islands): Getting on and off the ferry requires some balance, and the 4×4 Land Rover tour involves light walking on uneven terrain. Falconry Experience at Ashford Castle: This activity requires walking on grassy areas and light handling of birds. Dingle Peninsula & Ring of Kerry Scenic Stops: Most stops require short walks to viewpoints. Jaunting Cart Ride in Killarney National Park: Participants must be able to step up into the cart.
