Fátima & Lourdes Spiritual Journey

May 30 – June 8, 2027

A Spiritual Journey of Reflection

Sacred moments, meaningful connection, and time to reconnect across Portugal, Spain & France

There are some journeys that go beyond travel — ones that invite you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. This is one of those journeys.

Our Fátima & Lourdes Spiritual Journey 2027 is a meaningful women’s travel experience to two of the most important Catholic pilgrimage sites in the world — the sacred Sanctuary of Fátima in Portugal and the renowned Grotto of Lourdes in France. These powerful Marian shrines have drawn millions seeking peace, healing, and spiritual renewal.

Throughout this journey, we’ll explore the beauty of Portugal, Spain, and France, visiting historic cities like Burgos and Barcelona, while allowing time for reflection, prayer, and personal connection. From candlelight processions in Fátima and Lourdes to quiet moments at the Grotto, each experience is designed to be both meaningful and memorable.

Traveling with The Sisterhood on this women-only journey makes this even more special. Sharing sacred spaces, conversations, and experiences with a group of supportive women creates a deeper sense of connection. Friendships form naturally, and the journey becomes not just about the places we visit, but the moments we share along the way.

This is more than a tour. It’s a spiritual journey through Fátima and Lourdes, designed for women who are seeking meaning, connection, and a deeper experience of faith.

Join us for the Fátima & Lourdes Spiritual Journey 2027 — and step into an experience that will stay with you long after you return home.

Activity Level:

Moderate

This meaningful spiritual journey through Portugal, Spain, and France blends guided sightseeing, sacred sites, and time for personal reflection. While the pace is thoughtfully designed with moments of rest and flexibility, travelers should be comfortable with regular walking, uneven terrain, and several longer travel days by motorcoach.

Walking and Standing

This tour includes guided walking tours in historic cities, religious sites, and medieval towns. Walking distances are generally moderate, often ranging from one to two miles at a time, with breaks included. In Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter, expect to walk approximately one mile on cobblestone streets, with some uphill sections. In some destinations, walking takes place on uneven surfaces including cobblestones, stone walkways, and narrow streets. Many historic and religious sites include steps, stairs, and areas where prolonged standing is required. Travelers should be comfortable standing and walking for one to three hours at a time while exploring these locations.

Terrain and Physical Considerations

Terrain throughout the tour varies and includes cobblestone streets, uneven stone paths, inclines, and steps commonly found in historic European towns. Medieval areas are not always accessible by vehicle, requiring guests to walk between drop-off points and key sites. Due to local traffic regulations, motorcoaches are not permitted to enter many historic city centers. This means the group may be dropped off in one location and picked up in another, requiring additional walking. Guests who choose to opt out of included activities will need to make their own arrangements to reach the next group meeting point, as remaining on the bus during stops is not permitted.

Transportation and Travel Days

This itinerary includes three longer travel days by motorcoach as we journey between Portugal, Spain, and France. These travel days may involve several hours on the bus, with scenic stops along the way. Travelers should be comfortable sitting for extended periods and managing early departures on select days.
