IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY
- We will be happy to match you to a roommate if you select a Queen Paradise Room with two beds. We cannot assist with roommate matches for the Swim-Up Luxury Premium Suites since these rooms have one king bed and one double sofa bed.
- We cannot pre-assign rooms nor can we guarantee if your room will be partial oceanview, oceanview, or oceanfront as these are assigned at check-in.
- Your room will not be ready until 3:00 pm. However, if you arrive earlier, you will have full use of the resort facilities.
- Airfare is not included in your pricing.
- You will fly roundtrip Punta Cana (PUJ) and can arrive and depart at any time on arrival and departure days.
- All flight arrangements must be submitted to Sisterhood Travels on or before September 15, 2025. If you need help making flight arrangements, or to submit your independent flight arrangements, please click here for Airfare Information.
- Private group transfers are included only on January 18th between the Punta Cana Airport and our resort and on January 25th from our resort to the Punta Cana Airport. If you arrive or depart outside of these dates or you wish to travel elsewhere within the area, you are responsible for securing and paying for those arrangements independently.
- If you determine that you do not wish to wait for your transfer vehicle, you will not be reimbursed by Sisterhood Travels for your private transportation.
- We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time your booking is confirmed so that any pre-existing conditions are covered. We will send you a quote by email.
- You will have many opportunities to schedule off-resort, optional tours. However, we ask that you wait to do so until you are at the resort so that your new BFFs can join you and each other, and so that you don’t miss any of the Sisterhood Travels planned activities. We will arrange for an optional tour presentation at the resort on January 19, 2026
- We cannot accommodate wheelchairs or assistive mobility devices on this trip.
- There are no refunds for unused portions of this tour.
- Dates and times of itinerary and private event locations are subject to change without notice due to operational, weather, or logistical reasons.
- Any optional expenses or expenses related to anything not specifically listed in this itinerary are not included.
