On this unforgettable Thailand bucket list experience in 2027, you’ll travel through the vibrant streets of Bangkok, the cultural hearts of Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, and the stunning beaches of Phuket. Along the way, you’ll explore ancient temples, cruise hidden canals, visit an ethical elephant sanctuary, wander colorful markets, and unwind at a luxury beachfront resort.

But what makes this journey truly unforgettable isn’t just where you go—it’s how it feels while you’re there. It’s the laughter over dinner, the conversations that happen in between experiences, and the unexpected friendships that turn into something lasting.

OUR ITINERARY

October 28, 2027

Welcome to Thailand—where everything feels electric from the moment you land. After your journey, you’ll arrive in Bangkok and settle into your hotel, with time to recharge at your own pace. Whether you choose to rest, wander out for your first taste of authentic Thai cuisine, or simply soak in the energy of this incredible city, today is all about easing into the experience. (No meals are included today)

October 29, 2027

Today is yours and Bangkok is your playground. Sleep in, indulge in a spa treatment, or step outside and start exploring. Maybe you’ll stumble upon a tucked-away café, a vibrant street market, or your first “how is this so good?” Thai meal. There’s something exciting about this kind of freedom, especially when you know you’re sharing it with a group of women who are just as curious, adventurous, and ready for what’s ahead. (Breakfast included)

October 30, 2027

Today, we experience Bangkok in a way most travelers never do. We begin on the water, gliding through the city’s historic canals by private boat, passing wooden homes, local life, and scenes that feel untouched by time. It’s peaceful, fascinating, and completely unexpected. Then we step into one of Thailand’s most iconic landmarks—Wat Pho—home to the awe-inspiring Reclining Buddha. It’s one of those moments that makes you pause… and really take it all in. Tonight, we’ll come together for our Welcome Dinner, where strangers quickly become something more. This is where the laughter starts, the stories begin, and the tone for the entire journey is set. (Breakfast and Dinner included)

Hotel: Amari Bangkok

October 31, 2027

Today is bold, vibrant, and unforgettable. We’ll explore the breathtaking Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew, where gold, color, and intricate detail surround you at every turn. It’s one of those “this is why I came” moments. But tonight? That’s when Bangkok really comes alive. We’ll hop into tuk tuks and weave through the buzzing streets as the city transforms after dark. Street food, neon lights, hidden corners, and unexpected stops (including the flower market glowing softly in the night)—it’s chaotic in the best possible way. This isn’t sightseeing. This is experiencing Bangkok. (Breakfast and Dinner included)

November 1, 2027

This morning, choose your final Bangkok experience. Maybe it’s the quiet beauty of the Marble Temple with the rhythmic chanting of monks… or a visit to a lesser-known museum filled with Thai history and artistry. Then, we shift gears. A short flight takes us to Sukhothai, where everything slows down. The pace softens, the crowds disappear, and a completely different side of Thailand begins to unfold. (Breakfast and Dinner included)

Hotel: Sriwilai Sukhothai Resort & Spa

November 2, 2027

Today feels like stepping into another world. In Sukhothai’s ancient historical park, we wander through centuries-old ruins, serene landscapes, and sacred spaces that feel almost untouched. There’s a stillness here that’s hard to describe, but you feel it. At Wat Si Chum, we come face-to-face with a massive, seated Buddha. It’s quiet, powerful, and unforgettable. This is Thailand in its most soulful form. (Breakfast and Lunch included)

Today, we head north and the scenery tells the story. As landscapes shift and mountains rise, we’ll arrive at one of the most striking sights in Thailand: the White Temple. Intricate, surreal, and unlike anything you’ve ever seen, it’s one of those places that stops you in your tracks. By the time we reach Chiang Rai, the pace is slower, the air feels different, and you can feel yourself settling into the rhythm of northern Thailand. (Breakfast and Lunch included)

Today, we stand at the intersection of three countries: Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar. This is the legendary Golden Triangle. Looking out over the Mekong River, you’ll feel the weight of history in a place that was once at the center of the opium trade. We’ll explore the Opium Museum, then take to the river itself, drifting between borders. Later, we dive back into local life at a night bazaar where the energy, flavors, and colors pull you right in. (Breakfast and Lunch included)

Today we travel to Chiang Mai, one of Thailand’s most beloved destinations. In the mountains above the city, we’ll visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, where golden temples and sweeping views create a moment you won’t forget. Walking down the iconic staircase lined with serpent statues feels like something out of a movie. Tonight, the city is yours for night markets, incredible food, and the kind of easy, relaxed energy that makes Chiang Mai so special. (Breakfast and Lunch included)

Hotel: Kantary Hills Chiangmai

November 6, 2027

Today is one of the most powerful experiences of the journey. At an ethical elephant sanctuary, we observe these incredible animals as they roam freely: no rides, no performances, just elephants being elephants. You’ll watch them bathe, graze, and move through their natural environment while learning about conservation efforts and the communities behind them. It’s emotional. It’s eye-opening. And it’s something that stays with you long after the trip ends. (Breakfast and Lunch included)

Hotel: Kantary Hills Chiangmai

November 7, 2027

Today is about connection in its purest form. We’ll be welcomed into the home of a local Lanna family, where we cook side by side using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques passed down through generations. Then we sit, eat, laugh, and share a meal together. These are the moments that turn a trip into something unforgettable. (Breakfast and Lunch included)

Hotel: Kantary Hills Chiangmai

November 8, 2027

Today, we trade temples for turquoise water. A short flight brings us to Phuket, where a stunning beachfront resort awaits on a private beach. The shift is immediate: warm air, ocean views, and that unmistakable feeling of “this is exactly where I’m supposed to be.” The rest of the day is yours. Beach, pool, cocktails, or simply doing nothing at all. (Breakfast included)

Hotel: Cape Panwa Hotel Phuket

November 9, 2027

This morning, we explore Phuket’s Old Town, lined with colorful Sino-Portuguese buildings, charming cafés, and hidden gems around every corner. It’s vibrant, photogenic, and full of personality. Then it’s back to the beach for an afternoon and evening of pure relaxation and lots of laughs with your Sisters. (Breakfast included)

November 10, 2027

Today is yours to fully enjoy. Swim, relax, explore, or simply soak in every last moment of being here. Tonight, we gather for a special dinner—sharing stories, laughing about the moments we’ll never forget, and realizing just how much has changed since day one. Because somewhere along the way… this became more than a trip. (Breakfast and Dinner included)

November 12, 2027

Today we say goodbye—but not really. Because the memories, the stories, and the connections we’ve built? Those come home with us. And they last far longer than the trip itself. (Breakfast included)

Activity Level:

Moderate

This journey through Thailand offers a dynamic blend of cultural exploration, scenic travel days, and meaningful, immersive experiences. While there are opportunities to rest and recharge, the overall pace is active and engaging.

Walking & Standing
You can expect multiple days that include 1 to 3 hours of walking and standing, often broken up throughout the day. Sightseeing in cities such as Bangkok and Chiang Mai, as well as visits to temples and historical parks like Sukhothai, require walking over uneven surfaces, steps, and large open areas without much seating. At the elephant sanctuary, a 20-minute walk each way along a dirt path through rice paddy fields is required. This path can be uneven and muddy, particularly after rain, and sturdy footwear is recommended.

Terrain, Transport & Travel Days
Terrain throughout the trip varies and includes paved city streets, cobblestones, temple steps, dirt paths, and natural landscapes. Some locations, particularly temples and historic sites, may involve stairs without handrails and uneven ground. This itinerary includes several long travel days by coach. The journey from Sukhothai to Chiang Rai is approximately 6 hours, and the drive from Chiang Rai to Chiang Mai is approximately 5 hours. While these drives are scenic, they require patience and the ability to remain seated for extended periods. Internal flights are also included and require standard airport navigation and boarding procedures.

Climate & Physical Considerations
Thailand’s climate is tropical, with warm temperatures and high humidity levels often ranging from 70 to 90 percent. Even moderate physical activity can feel more strenuous in these conditions. Travelers should be prepared for heat, sun exposure, and the need to stay well hydrated throughout the day.

Pacing & Overall Experience
This tour balances active sightseeing with moments of relaxation, particularly during your time in Phuket where the pace slows and activities are optional. However, many days, especially in the cultural and northern regions, are full and immersive, requiring sustained energy and mobility.
