This morning, get hands-on with a fun workshop where we’ll learn to make a classic holiday dessert, the Bûche de Noël. Inspired by the ancient tradition of burning a Yule log during Christmas, this cake, shaped like a log, holds a special place on the festive table. Try your hand at rolling a delicate chocolate sponge filled with rich mousse, and decorating it with buttercream to resemble tree bark, complete with meringue mushrooms. The rest of the day is yours to soak up the holiday magic of Quebec City with your Sisters. Wander through the charming streets of Old Quebec, twinkling with lights and festive décor. Explore the Christmas markets while sipping hot chocolate or mulled wine, and sampling seasonal delights. All around, you’ll feel the charm of a traditional Québécois Christmas come to life.
