Welcome to Las Vegas! We’ve arranged for your transfers from the airport to the hotel. At 6 pm, we’ll all meet for a welcome drink, meet our Tour Director, and get to know each other. Hotel: Treasure Island
After breakfast, we’ll head to the Grand Canyon National Park for an orientation drive around the rim and village. This afternoon and evening, you’ll have free time to explore or relax independently. We’ll meet together for dinner. (B, D) Hotel: Yavapai Lodge East – Grand Canyon National Park Lodge
You’ll have free time this morning until we begin our drive to Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park. We’ll experience a 4-wheel drive backcountry tour with a Navajo Guide and a backcountry cookout under the stars this evening. This morning, after breakfast, we’ll be making our way to Arches National Park for a scenic drive through the park with plenty of opportunities for photo stops. Then, we’ll head to Moab where we’ll have free time this evening. (B) Hotel: Hyatt Place Moab
Today we’ll visit the Colorado National Monument with a scenic drive through the park and free time at the Visitor Center. Then, we’ll take a scenic drive through the Rocky Mountains as we journey to Denver where we’ll have free time this evening. (B) Hotel: Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown
Today we’ll enjoy a scenic drive through Wyoming en route to the Black Hills of South Dakota. We’ll end our day at Custer State Park where you’ll have free time to independently explore or relax. You’ll be spending two nights at the historic State Game Lodge, which once served as the “Summer White House” for President Calvin Coolidge. (B, D) Hotel: State Game Lodge, Custer State Park
This morning we’ll visit the Mount Rushmore National Memorial, featuring monumental likenesses of four U.S. Presidents. Later, we’ll visit the Crazy Horse Memorial and museum, built in honor of the fearless Sioux Chief whose renown is derived from the Battle of the Little Bighorn. Later, we’ll enjoy a Buffalo safari with a local expert before a backcountry chuckwagon cookout with Western entertainment. (B, D) Hotel: State Game Lodge, Custer State Park
This morning we’ll tour historic Main Street in Deadwood with a Local Guide and hear stories of legendary characters that contributed to the town’s history, such as Wild Bill Hickok, Calamity Jane, and Potato Creek Johnny. Then, we’ll take a scenic drive through the Black Hills to Sheridan, located at the foot of the Bighorn Mountains. Tonight, enjoy your free time. (B) Hotel: Best Western Sheridan Center
From Sheridan, we’ll enjoy a scenic drive over the Bighorn Mountains to Yellowstone National Park with free time this evening. (B) Hotel: Yellowstone National Park Lodges

From Yellowstone National Park, we’ll head out for a scenic drive en route to Grand Teton National Park. We’ll also take a scenic drive to visit Jackson Lake. Tonight, you’ll enjoy some free time. (B) Hotel: Rustic Inn at Jackson Hole Creekside
Today, after breakfast, we’ll be heading for Salt Lake City. Tonight, before you have some free time, we’ll enjoy an orientation tour. (B) Hotel: Radisson Hotel Downtown – Salt Lake City
We’re going to enjoy a scenic drive to Bryce Canyon National Park. Once at the park, we’ll experience guided sightseeing including Sunset and Bryce Points. You’ll enjoy some free time this evening. (B) Hotel: Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand
Today we’re going to take a scenic drive past colorful sandstone walls descending a half-mile into Zion Canyon. When we arrive at Zion National Park, you’ll have free time to hike, visit scenic viewpoints or enjoy lunch at the Zion Lodge. Later, we’ll be traveling back to Las Vegas for our Farewell Dinner this evening. (B, D) Hotel: Treasure Island
Sadly, your wonderful vacation ends this morning. We’ve arranged your transfers back to the airport for your flights home. (B)
This is a leisurely paced itinerary and is full of cultural and interesting sightseeing and some free time to relax. Some excursion days may include reasonably early starts, some longer coach travel and possibly walking over uneven terrain. Guests should have reasonable health and mobility.
