Your package includes 3 nights of deluxe accommodations in the adults-only section of the Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa. We’ve also included daily breakfast, a Welcome Dinner on July 28, 2027, and a group lunch on July 29, 2027.

We’ll transfer as a group to the spectacular Intercontinental Tahiti Resort & Spa where you’ll be able to check into your rooms upon arrival, as well as enjoy all the resort facilities. This evening, we’ll transfer as a group to the airport for our return flights home.

- 2nd Non-refundable payment due on or before July 27, 2026: $2500 per person

CANCELLATION POLICY AND SCHEDULE
- From Time of Booking through 90 days before commencing travel: Loss of Deposit required at time of booking. Any additional payment above and beyond the required deposit will be returned less credit card processing fees
- 89 – 60 days before commencing travel: A penalty of 40% of gross fare less credit card processing fees
- 59 – 30 days before commencing travel: A penalty of 60% of gross fare less credit card processing fees
- 29 – 0 days before commencing travel: A penalty of 100% of gross fare

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY
All bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and can only be accommodated if the space is available on the ship. Roommate matching is available ONLY in the Oceanview Suite category.
CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION
- Suite availability cannot be guaranteed until your booking is officially confirmed by Windstar, which can only be processed during their business hours. If your selected suite is unavailable when we submit your reservation, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternate options. Because inventory is limited, timely responses will be necessary to secure your cabin.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
- International airfare is not included in your pricing. You will fly into Nadi International Airport in Fiji (NAN) and depart from Papeete, Tahiti (PPT)
- You can arrive at any time on July 27, 2027, and depart at any time after 11:00 pm on August 19, 2027.
- Check-in time at our arrival hotel is at 3:00 pm.
- All international flight arrangements must be submitted to Sisterhood Travels on or before May 27, 2027. If you need help making flight arrangements, or to submit your independent flight arrangements, please click here for Airfare Information.
- Arrival transfers are provided only on July 27th from the Fiji airport to our hotel. One group transfer will be provided August 19th in the evening from our hotel to the Papeete airport. If you arrive or depart outside these days and times, or you’re needing transfers or hotels elsewhere, you are responsible for making your own arrangements at your own expense.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Complete valid passport information is required on or before March 27, 2027. You are required to travel with a passport that is valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the date of your return. If you fail to submit your information on time, we cannot guarantee your travel arrangements, and you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
- Currently, no visas are required to enter Fiji, Tonga, Tahiti or anywhere in French Polynesia. This is always subject to change per the governing authorities.
GRATUITIES, TRAVEL INSURANCE & OPTIONAL EXPENSES
- Basic gratuities for the crew onboard the Star Breeze are included in your pricing.
- Gratuities for excursion staff, local guides, hotel staff, and drivers are not included in your pricing. We will provide you with tipping guidelines for your trip.
- Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and is not included in your pricing. We will send you a quote via email.
- Any optional expenses or expenses related to anything not specifically listed in this itinerary are not included.
- Shipboard Excursions: we will send you all the information you need to pre-book cruise excursions as soon as we are provided with it. It is imperative that you remember that excursions sell out, some more quickly than others, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you respond to communications from the Sisterhood Travels team in a timely fashion.
- Please don’t schedule any optional excursions on your own for this trip as we cannot promise that you will arrive in time at any location to make your independent excursion. Sisterhood Travels won’t be liable for any expense you incur because of this.
- There are no refunds for unused portions of this tour.
GENERAL
- Dates and times of itinerary as well as hotels listed are subject to change without notice due to operational or logistical reasons.
- Rates are guaranteed once your deposit has been received and your reservation has been confirmed by Sisterhood Travels. Until that point, pricing may change, and any increases in government taxes or fees may still apply.
- We cannot accommodate wheelchairs, assistive devices, scooters, walkers or rollators, or Zimmer-frames. You must be able to ambulate independently with no assistance from devices or others on the trip. It is imperative that you read the activity level description below.
- You will receive an invitation soon after you book your trip for our travel app, “Trip Plans”. You will need to download this app to your smart phone as this is where you will find the most up-to-date, accurate information regarding your itinerary in addition to all of the critical information you need to know.

Guests should be comfortable walking short distances, navigating some uneven terrain, and handling occasional stairs or inclines at a relaxed pace. Most excursions are optional, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore at your own comfort level—or simply unwind and take in the breathtaking surroundings. This trip is ideal for travelers who want a balance of light activity and ample time for rest and rejuvenation.
