Effective with all deposits made on or after September 24th, 2021: 

We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide clarity on our cancellation policy while ensuring the best possible experience for all travelers. Below, you’ll find important details about how cancellations are handled at Sisterhood Travels.

How to Cancel Your Trip
If you decide to cancel your participation in a trip, please notify us in writing by sending an email to administration@sisterhoodtravels.com. Your cancellation will not be considered received until it has been received by the Administration Department via the email above. It’s important to use this specific email address so your cancellation request can be processed promptly. Please note that cancellation notices must be received by 5:00 P.M. EST on a business day to be considered received that day. If your request is received after that time or on a non-business day, it will be processed the following business day.

Cancellations Before the Final Payment Date
If you cancel on or before the Final Payment Date, you will be refunded less your Initial Reservation Deposit and any Additional Non-Refundable Deposit Payments, as specified on the Trip page and your completed Reservation Form. Your refund for any money owed will be refunded to you within 30 calendar days of the cancellation notice received by administration@sisterhoodtravels.com

Cancellations After the Final Payment Date
For cancellations received after the Final Payment Date, any payments made, including Progress Payments, Additional Non-Refundable Deposit Payments, and your Reservation Deposit, will be non-refundable and non-transferable. This also applies if you fail to make your final payment by the due date or if you are unable to attend the trip.

We make arrangements with hotels and other vendors well in advance to ensure a seamless experience, and our policies help us uphold these agreements while offering exceptional travel experiences.

Travel Insurance
Unexpected events can happen, which is why we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. This is the best way to protect your investment and ensure that you’re covered in case you can’t join the trip. We’ll be happy to provide you with a quote from our preferred travel insurance provider, RoamRight, or you can choose coverage from a trusted provider of your choice.
