Moderate
While this journey is not physically strenuous, it does require a reasonable level of mobility, comfort walking on uneven surfaces, and the ability to participate in full touring days when scheduled.
Walking & Standing
Throughout the journey, you can expect daily walking that is generally light to moderate and spread out over the course of each day. Some sites, including temples and rice fields, have steps, uneven stone paths, dirt walkways, and occasional inclines. The Sacred Monkey Forest and village tours involve walking on natural paths that may be uneven or slightly slippery.

Expect uneven surfaces, steps without handrails, cobblestones, and natural ground in several locations. All accommodations are luxury properties chosen for comfort, ambiance, and restorative experiences, offering serene environments and amenities that support relaxation after active days.
Cultural & Experiential Activities
Many experiences on this journey are immersive rather than physically demanding, including workshops with local women, craft-making sessions, cooking classes, spiritual ceremonies, sound healing, and cultural performances.
