This morning, we’ll kick things off with a panoramic tour of Providence by coach, where our Tour Manager will introduce us to some of the city’s most iconic sights, including the scenic campus of Brown University and the charming Waterplace Park. Then, it’s time to dive deeper into what makes this city so special. Known as the “Creative Capital,” Providence is bursting with character, and you’ll get to choose how you want to experience it. You can join a guided walking tour focused on the city’s rich art and architecture scene, or opt to explore the acclaimed RISD Museum, home to over 2,000 works of art and design spanning centuries and cultures.

As the sun sets, we’ll gather for a festive Colonial-themed Welcome Dinner to toast the start of our adventure and celebrate the spirit of 2026—marking 250 years since the birth of the United States. Today, we’ll make our way to the coastal gem of Newport, a city that began as a colonial seaport and later became the ultimate summer playground for America’s wealthiest families. As we follow the shoreline, take in the stunning views of the bay and you’ll quickly understand why Newport is often called the “Sailing Capital of the World.” It famously hosted the prestigious America’s Cup for over half a century.

Once we arrive, we’ll cruise down Bellevue Avenue, a historic stretch lined with the jaw-dropping summer estates of 19th-century industrial titans. These so-called “cottages” were anything but modest—built for lavish entertaining and used for only a few weeks each summer by families like the Astors and Vanderbilts. Our visit includes a tour of The Breakers, the most extravagant of them all. With 70 opulent rooms, this former Vanderbilt estate offers a grand glimpse into the excess and elegance of the Gilded Age. (Breakfast included)

This morning, we’re off to Plymouth, the site of the first permanent English settlement in what would become the United States. Once we arrive, we’ll set sail on a scenic harbor cruise, where our local captain will give us a fun and fascinating look into New England’s iconic lobstering traditions—including a live demonstration of how these famous crustaceans are hauled up from the ocean floor.

Back on shore, we’ll visit the historic town center to see the legendary Plymouth Rock, marking the traditional landing spot of the Pilgrims in 1620. It’s a powerful place to reflect on the beginnings of American history. From there, we’ll make our way to Cape Cod, where you’ll settle into our charming beachfront hotel, our home base for the next four nights of coastal beauty, fresh sea air, and unforgettable adventures. Step into a piece of American history this morning as we visit Hyannis Port, the storied seaside village that was once the beloved summer retreat of the Kennedy family. We’ll stop at the peaceful Kennedy Memorial, a touching tribute overlooking the water, offering a quiet moment to reflect on the legacy of the “Camelot” era.

From there, we’ll hop aboard a ferry to Nantucket, a postcard-perfect island that will charm you with its cobblestone streets, salty sea air, and classic New England character. Enjoy free time to stroll the harbor front, pop into chic boutiques, or shop for one of the island’s iconic woven baskets. Then, we’ll visit the Nantucket Whaling Museum, where the island’s adventurous (and at times dangerous) maritime past comes to life through fascinating exhibits, including the dramatic centerpiece: a full skeleton of a 46-foot sperm whale. We’ll wrap up our day with a delicious dinner at a favorite local restaurant, savoring the flavors of the island before ferrying back to the Cape. (Breakfast and Dinner included)

Here, we’ll wander through the stunning Heritage Museums & Gardens, where 100 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, art installations, and classic car exhibits are yours to discover. We’ll also stop by the Sandwich Glass Museum, where you’ll get an up-close look at the intricate art of glassblowing and the rich history behind this delicate craft.

This morning, we’ll board a ferry bound for the enchanting island of Martha’s Vineyard, a longtime summer escape for artists, writers, and even presidents. With its laid-back elegance and storybook scenery, it’s no wonder this island has captured so many hearts. During our guided tour, we’ll explore some of its most beloved sights—from the charming, colorful gingerbread cottages in Oak Bluffs to the historic seaport towns dotted with sea captains’ homes and classic widow’s walks, echoing the island’s whaling heritage.

After a day soaking in the beauty and character of “the Vineyard,” we’ll cruise back to Cape Cod just in time for our special Farewell to Cape Cod celebration. Tonight, we’ll gather for a delicious New England-style lobster feast, toasting new friendships, unforgettable memories, and the spirit of adventure that brought us together. You might stop for a steaming bowl of the city’s famous clam chowder, grab a bite of freshly caught New England seafood, or head to the North End, Boston’s Little Italy, where you’ll find old-world charm, authentic pasta dishes, and perhaps the perfect cannoli.
