Sisterhood Travels Activity 2

Activity Level:

leisurely

Our leisurely tour is designed for Sisters who enjoy cultural exploration with light to moderate activity. Here’s a realistic look at the activity level required based on the itinerary:

Walking and Standing: Many activities involve light walking, such as strolling through New Orleans’ French Quarter, Memphis’ Sun Studio, and Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium. Expect periods of standing during guided tours and museum visits, like at Graceland, the National Civil Rights Museum, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Walking is generally over flat, even surfaces, though some locations, like St. Louis Cemetery and studio tours, may include short staircases or uneven paths.

Free Time Flexibility: There’s ample downtime built into the itinerary, allowing you to explore at your own pace or relax with your Sisters. This makes it ideal for travelers who prefer to balance activity with moments of rest.

Mild Physical Exertion: While the tour is not physically demanding, participants should be comfortable walking short distances and navigating museum exhibits. A basic level of stamina is helpful for comfortably enjoying the experience and as always, you must be able to walk and stand independently without assistance from devices or others on the trip.

This tour is perfect for our Sisters who love music, history, and cultural immersion but prefer to keep the pace leisurely. It offers a mix of guided activities and independent exploration, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all.
