Welcome to London! Upon arrival, your driver will meet you at the Arrivals Hall in the Heathrow airport and transfer you to the Strand Palace Hotel, our home for the next ten nights. The rest of the day is yours to rest, rejuvenate, or explore independently.
See London from a whole new perspective as we cruise along the River Thames aboard the Thames River Bus. Relax and take in iconic views as we glide past many of the capital’s most famous landmarks, offering a unique introduction to this remarkable city.
This evening, we’ll gather for our Welcome Dinner before experiencing the magic of London’s world-famous West End with our first live theatre performance. It’s the perfect opening act for an extraordinary week of world-class theatre, exclusive access, and unforgettable experiences.
This morning, discover the fascinating stories behind London’s legendary theatre district on a guided walking tour of the West End. Stroll past its grand historic theatres as you hear tales of celebrated actors, playwrights, royalty, ghosts, and the iconic productions that have made this neighborhood the heart of British theatre for generations.
After lunch together, enjoy an exclusive private session with a cast member from one of our featured West End productions. Hear firsthand what it’s like to perform on one of the world’s most prestigious theatre districts, learn about their journey to the West End, ask your own questions, and capture photos during this intimate, behind-the-scenes experience.

Today you’ll step behind the scenes at the magnificent Theatre Royal Drury Lane with a private backstage tour of one of London’s most celebrated theatres. With nearly 350 years of theatrical history, you’ll explore its elegant public spaces, venture backstage, and discover hidden areas rarely seen by audiences while learning the remarkable stories that have unfolded within its walls.
After lunch, enjoy some time to relax before we gather once again for another exceptional West End production. Another unforgettable evening of world-class theatre awaits.
Today is devoted to the enduring legacy of William Shakespeare. Begin with an exclusive private workshop and meet-and-greet led by a Shakespearean artist. Hear firsthand about life as a professional performer, learn what it takes to bring Shakespeare’s works to life on stage, and enjoy the opportunity to ask questions during this intimate experience.
After lunch together, we’ll step behind the scenes on a private guided tour of Shakespeare’s Globe. Explore this remarkable theatre’s history, architecture, and centuries-old production traditions while gaining exclusive access to areas rarely seen by the public.

Today you’ll enjoy exclusive access to one of the people responsible for bringing London’s biggest productions to life. Today, we’ll go even deeper into the world of theatre during an interactive behind-the-scenes workshop led by industry professionals. Discover the many creative and technical elements that bring a production to life, from directing and stage management to casting, design, and producing, while gaining a new appreciation for everything that happens beyond the spotlight.
We’ll also enjoy a special private visit with a cast member from one of our featured performances, offering one final opportunity to enjoy conversation, photos, and insider stories from life on the West End.
This evening, we’ll gather one last time for our Farewell Dinner as we celebrate an extraordinary week of unforgettable performances, exclusive experiences, and the friendships that have made this journey so special.
After an unforgettable week of world-class theatre, exclusive behind-the-scenes experiences, and wonderful memories shared with your Sisters, it’s time to say farewell to London. We’ll transfer to Heathrow Airport for our return flights home, taking home lasting friendships, unforgettable performances, and memories that will remain long after the final curtain has fallen.

This tour combines the excitement of London's vibrant West End with leisurely sightseeing, exclusive theatre experiences, and plenty of free time to enjoy one of the world's greatest cities. While there are no strenuous physical activities, travelers should be comfortable walking through central London, standing during guided tours, using public transportation, and spending full days exploring on foot.
Several guided walking tours of London's historic theatre district and surrounding neighborhoods last approximately 3 to 4 hours and include periods of standing while your guide shares the fascinating stories behind the West End's legendary theatres and performers. Throughout the tour, you'll also enjoy independent exploration and walk between attractions, restaurants, and theatres. While distances are generally moderate, most days include a considerable amount of walking simply as part of experiencing London.
Most walking takes place on paved city sidewalks, pedestrian streets, plazas, and within historic theatre buildings. Travelers should expect occasional uneven pavement, curbs, and steps. This tour includes travel aboard London's Thames River Bus and the Hop-On, Hop-Off sightseeing bus. Public transportation stations, theatres, and historic venues may require the use of stairs or escalators, and some older buildings may have limited elevator access. Because coaches have limited access within central London, short walks between drop-off points and attractions should be expected.
One of the greatest luxuries of this itinerary is that you'll stay in the same centrally located West End hotel for the entire tour, eliminating the need to pack, unpack, or change accommodations throughout your stay. Several afternoons and entire days are intentionally left free, allowing you to explore London at your own pace, revisit favorite neighborhoods, relax with your Sisters, or simply enjoy the city's cafés, museums, shops, and parks before evening theatre performances.

International airfare is not included in your pricing. You will fly roundtrip London-Heathrow (LHR).
You can arrive at any time on October 6, 2027, and depart at any time on October 16, 2027.
Check-in time at your arrival hotel is at 3:00 pm.
All international flight arrangements must be submitted to Sisterhood Travels on or before August 1, 2027. If you need help making flight arrangements, or to submit your independent flight arrangements, please click here for Airfare Information.
Arrival transfers are provided only on October 6, 2027, from the London-Heathrow airport to our hotel. Departure transfers are only provided on October 16, 2027, from our hotel to the London-Heathrow airport. If you arrive or depart outside these days and times, or you’re needing transfers or hotels elsewhere, you are responsible for making your own arrangements at your own expense.
Complete valid passport information is required on or before June 1, 2027. You are required to travel with a passport that is valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the date of your return. If you fail to submit your complete and accurate information on time, we cannot guarantee your travel arrangements, and you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
Because you are traveling through the United Kingdom, an ETA will be required for entry, even as a transit passenger. Applications are accepted online, at the approximate cost of £10, subject to change based on governing authority. For more information please click here.
Gratuities for local guides and drivers are not included in your pricing. We will provide you with tipping guidelines for your trip.
Travel Insurance with Cancel for Any Reason coverage is strongly recommended and is not included in your pricing. We will send you a quote via email.
Any optional expenses or expenses related to anything not specifically listed in this itinerary are not included.
Please don’t schedule any optional excursions on your own for this trip as we cannot promise that you will arrive in time at any location to make your independent excursion. Sisterhood Travels won’t be liable for any expense you incur because of this.
There are no refunds for unused portions of this tour.
Your trip includes one hotel for the entire itinerary. Please note that rooms in the United Kingdom tend to be smaller than what you may be used to, especially for single travelers.
