Luxury Ireland for women 45+: exclusive castles, culture, and meaningful connection
Designed for women who believe the most memorable moments aren’t always the ones found in the guidebooks.
Ireland has no shortage of beautiful landscapes, legendary castles, and charming villages. Many tours will take you to the country’s iconic sights. But this journey was created for women who want something more.
This is Ireland elevated.
Thoughtfully curated from beginning to end, this luxury women-only experience blends Ireland’s most breathtaking scenery with elegant accommodations, exclusive access, and remarkable experiences that simply aren’t found on a typical itinerary. Rather than rushing from one attraction to the next, we’ve designed each day to balance iconic landmarks with extraordinary moments that reveal the heart and soul of Ireland.
You’ll enjoy Afternoon Tea at magnificent Ashford Castle, explore the wild beauty of Inis Mór by private Land Rover, and experience the warmth of Irish hospitality during a private lunch hosted by the Marquess and Marchioness of Waterford at Curraghmore House. You’ll fly a Harris hawk at Ireland’s premier School of Falconry, discover renowned country estates, savor exceptional cuisine, and stay in elegant hotels and luxurious country manor estates that are destinations in their own right.
Of course, you’ll still experience the Ireland you’ve always dreamed about. The Cliffs of Moher. The Ring of Kerry. Blarney Castle. The Rock of Cashel. But these legendary places are only part of the story. It is the exclusive experiences, authentic local encounters, and thoughtfully curated pace that transform this journey into something truly unforgettable.
This is luxury without formality. Sophisticated without being stuffy. Relaxed without sacrificing exceptional experiences. It’s designed for women who appreciate beautiful surroundings, meaningful connections, and the rare opportunity to experience Ireland in a way that few travelers ever do.
If you’re looking for more than a sightseeing vacation, welcome to Ireland at its very best.

Activity Level: 3-Moderate
This luxury journey through Ireland combines scenic touring, historic landmarks, charming villages, and unforgettable cultural experiences with a comfortable pace. Travelers should be prepared for moderate daily walking while exploring castles, gardens, medieval towns, country estates, archaeological sites, and coastal villages. While the itinerary is not physically strenuous, many of Ireland's most treasured sites are best experienced on foot.
Walking & Standing
Most days include leisurely to moderate walking spread throughout the day while visiting castles, gardens, historic villages, archaeological sites, museums, and scenic viewpoints. Guided walking tours are conducted at a relaxed pace with regular opportunities to pause for commentary, photographs, and rest. Many historic attractions feature uneven stone pathways, cobblestones, gravel walkways, grassy lawns, and occasional stairs. Some castle interiors, monastic ruins, and archaeological sites have uneven footing and may require navigating steps without handrails. Exploring towns such as Galway, Kinsale, Kilkenny, and Dublin also involves walking through historic streets where coaches cannot always access the main attractions.
Terrain & Transportation
Ireland's historic towns and villages feature a variety of walking surfaces, including cobblestones, stone paths, gravel, grass, and uneven historic streets. Some attractions involve gentle inclines and moderate slopes, particularly around castles, gardens, coastal viewpoints, and archaeological sites. Travel throughout the tour is by deluxe motor coach with scenic drives between destinations. Additional transportation includes ferry crossings, a River Liffey cruise, horse-drawn jaunting carts through Killarney National Park, and specially adapted 4x4 Land Rovers on Inis Mór to explore areas inaccessible to standard vehicles.
Pacing
This itinerary balances active sightseeing with generous leisure time. Several afternoons allow for independent exploration, shopping, relaxing in cafés, or simply enjoying Ireland's welcoming atmosphere at your own pace. The pace is thoughtfully designed to provide an immersive experience without feeling rushed.
